Casa Bella Painting provides professional residential and commercial painting and plaster services throughout Southern California. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and project approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Estimates and Payments

All project estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

A deposit may be required to secure your project date.

Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope of work, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may result in additional fees and/or legal action to recover outstanding balances.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a project.

Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Casa Bella Painting reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns.

4. Project Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring work areas are accessible and free of obstructions prior to the start of the project.

Casa Bella Painting is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, supply chain issues, or site access restrictions.

Any additional work requested outside of the original agreement will be subject to additional charges.

5. Warranty and Quality

We stand by the quality of our work. Warranty details will be provided in your service agreement, depending on the type of project.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, moisture, structural movement, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others after completion.

6. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of Casa Bella Painting and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

7. Limitation of Liability

Casa Bella Painting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.
